ORDERS:
Wallcovering, fabric, pillow cover and giclee orders are produced just for you. Since everything listed on this site is made to order, please note that full orders have lead times as listed below. All sales are final and are not returnable.
STANDARD WALLPAPER:
All standard wallpaper is pre-pasted with water activated adhesive. FSC Certified. Eco-friendly. 10-30% post consumer waste. PVC, VOC and vinyl free. Class A fire rated. Removable if installed without the used of additional paste. Pre-trimmed. Suitable for residential and low traffic commercial use. Printed in the US.
Standard wallpaper samples (8"x8") are stocked and will ship out within 3-5 business days of placing your order. If any samples in your order are backordered, you will receive a notification. 2'x2' Large Samples are not typically stocked and have a lead time of 3-4 weeks. Full wallpaper orders have a 3-4 week lead time for production.
Standard wallpaper is sold by the double roll, in sets of 2 cut single rolls. Three roll lengths are available- 10', 12' and 15'. Should you need custom lengths longer than 15', we can accommodate your needs up to 30' in length. Please email [email protected] to inquire about custom roll lengths.
GRASSCLOTH:
Sisal grasscloth is hand loomed by skilled artisans on non-mechanized looms. VOC free. Paper backed. Colored with water-based vegetable dyes. ASTM-E84 Class A fire rated. Suitable for residential and commercial applications. Printed in the US.
Untrimmed. 8 yard minimum. Sold by the full yard on continuous bolts up to 48 yards in length.

ALTA NON-WOVEN WALLCOVERINGS:
Non-woven vellum paper. Lightly textured surface, similar to watercolor paper. Matte finish. ASTM-E84 Class A fire rated. Suitable for residential and low traffic commercial use. Made from sustainable and renewable resources. Complies with REACH requirements. Printed in the US.
Untrimmed. Sold by the full yard. 8 yard minimum. Packaged in a continuous bolt up to 50 yards in length.
Lead time 4-6 weeks. Rush production available. Please email [email protected] to inquire about rush production.
TYPE II WALLCOVERINGS:
For high traffic commercial areas that need to be scrubbed or high moisture environments please inquire about Type II by emailing [email protected]. Type II is not listed on the site, but available to produce in any of the patterns listed on this website.
Our type II is PVC free. 31% post consumer waste (the highest in the industry). Woven fabric backing for durability and ease of installation. Contributes to LEED credits (2-6 LEED credits based on the project). Low VOCs. 14oz. Class A fire rated. Printed in the US. Matte finish.
Pre-trimmed. Available in cut panels 48"x10', 48"x12' or 48"x15'.
FABRIC:
Fabrics are available Belgian Linen, Belgian Linen Cotton, Cotton Sateen, Cotton Duck, Sailcloth. These ground fabrics have different color base fibers, so printed colors may vary due to base fibers. Make sure to order a sample or strike off in the ground that you wish to purchase.
Lead time of 4 weeks for production. Samples that are not stocked have a lead time of 4 weeks and require a strike off.
3 yard minimum per pattern and per ground. Our system does not yet have the ability to apply minimum functions, so please make sure to enter minimum of 3 yards per pattern.
ORIGINAL PAINTINGS:
Original paintings listed on the site are stocked and will ship out within 3-5 business days of placing your order. Please visit our other website for all paintings. www.lindsaycowles.com
PILLOW COVERS:
Pillow covers have a lead time of 4-6 weeks. They can be custom made just for you in different patterns or color ways.
Sold without pillow inserts. We suggest ordering inserts that are 2" larger than the size pillow cover that you order.
Extra long lumbar pillows are sold with inserts.
DYE LOTS:
Dye lots may vary slightly due to the fluctuations in the digital printing process, as well as the natural fibers of our grounds. Please make sure that you place your full order plus overage so that you have enough material for your project in the same dye lot.
Due to varying printing systems, ink and substrates, wallpapers and fabrics in the same pattern and color way are note always an exact match in color and scale.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom repeats and colors are available for wallpapers, fabrics and pillows. Custom orders are subject to custom up charges. Strike off (sample) fees apply. Custom charges do not apply to scale increases or decreases. For more information, please email [email protected].
SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped ground. If you would like to expedite your shipment or ship internationally, please email [email protected] for a quote. We are happy to accommodate your shipping needs!
Shipping for larger giclees sized 24"x36" or 30"x30" and up will require additional shipping charges to be invoiced prior to shipping. Please email [email protected] for shipping quotes.
WALLPAPER INSTALLATION:
To receive installation instructions for any of our papers, please email [email protected].
RETURNS:
No returns accepted on made to order products, including wallpaper, fabric, pillow covers or giclee prints on canvas. Samples of wallpapers, fabrics and prints available to order to test colors and materials in your space before placing your full order.
Commissioned originals, custom giclees, and all custom orders are final sale.
If there is an issue with your order, please email [email protected] within 10 days of receiving your order.
Shipped orders must be inspected by the purchaser prior to cutting and installing. Cut and/or installed materials cannot be returned or exchanged.
TRADE ACCOUNTS:
Trade accounts are available to interior designers. In order to set up your trade account, please email a copy of your resale certificate to [email protected]. We will send over our trade application to you to finalize the set up process.
Due to the high volume of sample requests, please note that the first 5 samples are free with your welcome packet. After that, samples can be purchased by emailing [email protected].

Pillow covers are available to wholesale. Please email [email protected] to inquire. With your inquiry, please provide information about your store, your store website and resale certificate. We will also send a trade application to finalize the set up process.
